About Lucky

The link layer for Pakistani commerce.

Pakistani buyers shop everywhere. They DM brands on Instagram, order through Foodpanda, browse Daraz, walk into Khaadi outlets, send WhatsApp messages to home-chefs. There's no single retailer that owns this audience — and there shouldn't be.

Lucky Collection is a free discovery layer that meta-layers across all of it. Anyone with products anywhere can have a profile here. Anyone with audience anywhere can curate here. Buyers click through to wherever each seller actually lives. We don't take a cut of the sale. We don't gate anyone behind a partnership.

Three onboarding tiers

  • Tier A — URL-claim: paste your Daraz seller URL / IG shop / brand site / Foodpanda restaurant. We scrape, you claim, done.
  • Tier B — Curator: sign up, pick a handle, paste any product URLs from any retailer. Group them into named collections.
  • Tier C — Khan Sisters: for SMBs without an online presence, our chat-driven sister-AI walks you through building a full storefront in Roman Urdu.

Why this works in PK

  • WhatsApp-first. Every product card auto-renders an "Order on WhatsApp" button when the seller has a WA number. Pre-filled message, ready to send.
  • Roman Urdu native. Onboarding chatflow is in Roman-Urdu by default; English is opt-in.
  • 38 PK verticals deeply modeled. Lawn-3pc, FCPS-prep, mehndi-haath-phool, kachi-lassi — taxonomies no global platform models correctly.
  • JazzCash / Easypaisa / IBFT. When monetization happens, it's on PK rails, not Stripe.
  • Geographic concentration. Karachi → Lahore → Islamabad first. Real network density.

No commission attribution. No buyer cashback. No retailer partnership dependency.

We measure clicks. That's all creators can credibly deliver and that's all sellers should pay for. Sales conversion is the seller's product/page problem — not something we pretend to track. This makes the whole platform honest, friction-free, and impossible for any single retailer to shut down.
